BÁNH ĐA CUA originated from Hai Phong province, in North Vietnam. The signature ingredient of the dish is brownish rice noodles called BÁNH ĐA. This is one of the dishes that has too many ingredients! Tomatoes, grilled pork in lolot leaves, fish cakes, water spinach, boiled mantis shrimp, boild shrimp, crab cake, fried chewy meatballs and fried shallots.
