About this Dish

CƠM (chicken) GÀ (rice) is a dish with numerous variations from different regions, such as "Hainanese chicken rice" from Saigon or "Hoi An / Nha Trang chicken rice" from the central regions. But generally, chicken rice includes cooked rice with chicken broth, boiled chicken with its turmeric-yellow skin, and iconic ginger-based fish sauce dipping sauce.
