RAM CUỐN CẢI are fried spring rolls in the style of central Vietnam, especially Da Nang. RAM's filling doesn't have mushrooms, glass noodles, or bean sprouts, just shrimp, pork, and scallions rolled in rice paper and deep fried. The way to eat RAM CUỐN CẢI is the same as eating regular fried spring rolls, roll everything with green vegetables and dip it in fish sauce.
