CÀ PHÊ ĐEN

About this Drink

In Vietnam, CÀ PHÊ ĐEN (Black Coffee) is a super-concentrated drip coffee. The drink can be served in small glasses, cold with ice cubes (CÀ PHÊ ĐEN ĐÁ) or hot (CÀ PHÊ ĐEN NÓNG). The sugar is usually put on a side so you can add as much as desired. However, keep in mind that Vietnamese coffee is very strong and fairly bitter, 100% robusta.
