About this Drink
CÀ PHÊ SỮA is a milk coffee but made with sweetened condensed milk. This is the most popular drink in Vietnam. In northern Vietnam, the same drink is called CÀ PHÊ NÂU because of its brownish color. The drink can be served cold with ice, CÀ PHÊ SỮA ĐÁ, or hot, CÀ PHÊ SỮA NÓNG.
