NƯỚC MÍA or sugar cane juice can be found anywhere on Vietnam roads. Street vendors often press peeled sugarcane stalks with green kumquats. The juice is then poured into a glass filled with ice for an irresistible refreshment. NƯỚC MÍA has many variations with different types of fruits being mixed with it for example, sugar cane juice with strawberry (NƯỚC MÍA DÂU), sugar cane juice with pineapple (NƯỚC MÍA THƠM), or sugar cane juice with durian (NƯỚC MÍA SẦU RIÊNG).
